Typically, UK deliveries will take 3 to 5 working days – deliveries to other countries in Europe will also take 3 to 5 working days. For the rest of the world deliveries will take between 5 to 10 working days. We use Yodel for UK deliveries and Brussels Post for international deliveries. Standard UK delivery costs £4.20. International delivery costs range from £7 to £22 depending on the destination country and the number of boxes ordered. The shipping amount will be shown on the purchase page once you have entered your delivery address, before you confirm your order. For purchases of 1 month supplies, these are sent in a jiffy bag so we cannot guarantee that boxes will arrive in perfect condition.
For purchases of supplies for 2 months or more, these are sent in boxes. This package will not fit through a letter box so if nobody is at the postal address at the time of delivery you will be notified with a card and the package will be stored in your local post office.
If you have not received your package within 5 working days (UK and Europe) or 10 working days (Rest of the World), please contact us on the email address above so that we can look into this for you.
You must notify us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 14 days of receiving Hair Vitalics, if you wish to return it. You then have an additional 14 days to return the product. We cannot accept returned boxes of Hair Vitalics if any tablets have been used or any contents have been removed from the box.
We will endeavour to respond to all queries within 2 working days.
How to submit your refund/exchange request
Once we have successfully received the product back, undamaged, you will then be entitled to a refund or exchange from us, which will be paid or exchanged within 7 days.
Refunds will be issued by the original purchase method – no cash refunds are available. When returning items, please obtain a certificate of posting since we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. Your original invoice must be enclosed along with details of the reason for the return. Original postage and packaging costs and those incurred returning the item(s) are not refundable unless you have received a faulty item.
